How can I avoid incurring late payment fees?

If you pay your bill on or before the due date, we won’t charge you a late payment fee. The easiest way to avoid late payment fees is to set up direct debit from your card or bank account. You can set this up in the Customer Portal or by calling our Accounts Team on 08 9466 2670.
